Boarding Fees Waived

Partner boarding schools waive sponsored children’s fees as long as L Squared’s projects exceed the cost of all sponsored students.

Daily Food (Powered by Killian Fields & Farms)

Feeding students is the largest cost of boarding school — and the biggest barrier for vulnerable families.

Your sponsorship ensures each child receives consistent, nutritious meals every day of all three Kenyan school semesters.

Much of this food comes from the Killian Fields & Farms Project — L Squared’s sustainable agricultural program that grows large quantities of food directly for schools.

This model:

Dramatically reduces food costs
Provides stable, locally grown nutrition

Teaches agricultural skills
Strengthens the entire community

Only when harvest cycles require it will food be supplemented by the L Squared team or approved local providers.

For girls in rural Kenya, the lack of menstrual hygiene products is one of the leading causes of school absenteeism.

Without pads, girls often stay home for days at a time, fall behind, and are at extreme risk of dropping out.
